In the current business environment, Human Resource departments are stretched quite thin with all that is required involving legal, privacy, policy, compliance, retirement and insurance. My service relieves the day to day burden in the area of employee insurance benefits. I handle all the details including enrollment, employee terminations, payroll deduction tracking, changes, notifications, COBRA, renewals and so much more. All the HR department has to do is keep me informed regarding new hires and terminations and I can handle the rest- thru email, telephone or in person.

Do you use an HR/Benefits 3rd Party? If so I am well trained in Paycor, Paylocity, Ceridian/DF and Rippling, and can administer your plans and build your open enrollment on all these platforms.

I have been setting up and administering employee benefit insurance plans since 1992. Originally from Long Island, New York, I relocated to the Greater Cincinnati area in 1991. 

With nearly 30 years experience, many clients have been with me from the beginning. I know my clients! I know their employees, so I know what is going on healthwise, so I can negotiate with insurance companies with facts. I consistantly have the lowest costs available for my clients.
