B. Enrollment Services*

Provides all materials and on site presence to enroll new employees. New employee benefit packages are provided which include websites for network providers, benefit plan designs, welcome letter, and enrollment forms with instructions. Information can be provided in hard copy form or sent by email in a zipfile. Also provided to the group is an administration kit with all enrollment materials for all plans. Posting to your company website of all benefit plan details and required Notifications is also provided. COBRA continuation letters for terminated employees can also be processed and mailed on your behalf. 

*Important Point* I am well trained in the major HR/Benefits Portals- Paycor, Paylocity, Ceridian/DayForce and Rippling. I can administer all your plans for you directly on these platforms and build your open enrollment and benefit plans. 

C. Payroll Deduction Tracking*

Provides customized payroll deduction forms to keep track of employee deductions efficiently and accurately. Also provides an easy to read monthly roster grid with updates and changes for your payroll department. Direct contact with your payroll company is also available. Rates can be loaded into HR Performer on Paycor. 

D. Newsletters*

Do you publish a company newsletter? I can add a "Benefits Corner" page to it providing your employees updates, changes and money saving tips and ideas. 

E. Informative Workshops*

Short 15 to 45 minute lunch and learn workshops/presentations designed to assist your employees with understanding and getting the most out of your benefit programs. I have over 40 different presentations with new ones added every year. 

F. Employee Benefit Cost Statements

Do your employees know what you spend each year on benefits? FICA, Workers Comp, Insurance, paid time off, etc.? I can provide a simple 1 page summary showing your employees they get a lot more than just a salary.

I. Advocate Services*

On occasion, a dispute arises or a claim is not processed correctly. I am your Advocate. I will intercede on your behalf and do everything I can to resolve any issue that may arise with a medical, dental or disability claim. With nearly 30 years experience, I have the knowledge and the contacts to get results. I will also provide Pro-Active advice- what to do before a procedure to minimize any surprise charges. I can also teach you how to negotiate down any out of pocket expenses you owe to providers. 

*Items B, C ,D, E ,F, and I are provided at no cost along with representation of your group benefits. If you are happy with your benefits you do not need to change them to utilize these services at no cost. Simply authorize your insurance company to have us service your group.
